• Establishing a Viral STD Project to increase knowledge and develop national, state and local policies and guidelines around viral STDs.
  
  
• Developing a comprehensive "peer-to-peer" technical assistance program to allow states and local areas to share expertise and provide hands-on.
  
  
• In partnership with CDC, provide program assessment, policy development and communications support to strengthen the capacity of state and local STD programs to serve the needs of adolescents at high risk for STDs, HIV and unintended teen pregnancy.
