NCSD staff and board members provide testimony at governmental hearings, provide information to state, local and national policy makers and advocate for adequate resources for STD treatment and prevention. NCSD also helps shape STD policies through its work as a member of national coalitions such as the STD Coalition and National Organizations Responding to AIDS (NORA) Coalition.
