NCSD Federal Policy Update - January 27, 2012

This week, President Obama delivered his third State of the Union address, where he addressed issues of economic disparity in America. The full text of his speech can be found here.

Also this week, it was announced that the President will release his 2013 budget one week late. As NCSD previously reported, the President’s budget is to be released on the first Monday in February, but this year, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will be releasing the 2013 budget on February 13.
