As part of their Healthy States Initiative, the Council of State Governments has developed a number of resources and documents on effective STD and HIV policies, available at the CSG Knowledge Center. Resources include issue briefs on health reform coverage for sexual health services and HIV/STD prevention policies for rural areas.
