On June 16, NCSD was proud to host a webinar titled “PrEP 101 for STD Directors,” which featured an introduction to pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP. PrEP is a new breakthrough in the fight against HIV—a way for people who do not have HIV but who are at substantial risk of getting it to prevent HIV infection by taking a pill every day.
