CDC Pushes Back Ending the HIV Epidemic Application Deadlines — CDC’s Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention has made the following changes to help reduce any burdens associated with the development and submission of your PS20-2010 applications: Components A and C Applications: The new application deadline for Components A&C is May 1, 2020, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The new award start date will be August 1, 2020; Component B Applications: Jurisdictions eligible for Component B funding are now only required to express their intent to apply for Component B when submitting their core Component A application. No other documentation is needed at this time (i.e., work plan or budget). CDC will provide eligible jurisdictions with updated application guidance specific to Component B at a later date.
